Assalammualaikum. Very Good day.
I created this blog today, on September 11, 2014 in the class of DEC3237: Introduction to IT, at 255pm. Right now, International Islamic College (IIC) is in its' Semester 1, Session 2014/2015. All my students in this class are taking Diploma in Office Management & Secretaryship or DMS. So, to create a blog such like this is a part of requirement that I asked my students to do, in their groups' assignment.
Actually for the assignment, there will be three tasks that they have to do. Before that, I list down a number of 25 PC (Personal Computer) components and devices which they have learned throughout the class so far. I asked them to do these tasks:
- Take or snap a photo of themselves (single or in groups) ~ which nowadays trend known as "selfie", together with the 25 PC components that I've listed.
- Write down a definition or main function for each PC components and put it together with the photo and the caption in task 1.
- Create a blog OR any social network apps account such as Facebook/Instagram, etc. and put all their findings in Task 1 & 2, inside the blog/FB, etc.
Is it so hard to do? I don't think so. They just need some efforts, creativity, hard-work and of course, teamwork to fulfill my requirement.
